1 Introduction & Acceptance

By using the 888db website and all its services, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the 888db platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on 888db, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are using this service entirely of your own free will and with full awareness.
• You are transacting in your own name and with your own funds.
• All information provided through your account is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will operate only one account on 888db.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach must be reported to the 888db support team immediately. You will be held responsible for all activities carried out through your account, unless it is proven that the breach occurred on our end.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, and any accumulated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 888db is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following methods are accepted for deposits:

• Nagad — Digital Financial Service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Service
• Bank Transfer — Major banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank

No payment method other than those listed above is accepted. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to your account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another registered method after identity verification is completed.

3.3 Transaction Verification

888db reserves the right to verify identity and transactions where necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Accounts may be restricted if the required documents are not provided.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once and once per account.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Wagering calculations may differ for bets placed on certain games or events — see the relevant promotion page for details.
• 888db reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

888db's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and additional benefits. A player's opportunity to advance to a higher tier depends on their activity and participation.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback and priority support.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback and special privileges.

The detailed terms of VIP tiers and cashback are subject to change. 888db reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time, and members will be informed of any changes.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888db platform:

• Fraud, deception, or gaining an advantage through any dishonest means.
• Use of software bots, automated programs, or scripts.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any platform error or bug for dishonest purposes.
• Any transaction related to money laundering or illegal financing.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using or reproducing 888db's intellectual property without permission.

6.2 Account Suspension & Closure

If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have occurred, 888db may immediately suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, funds held in the account may be forfeited.

Members may also request to close their own account. Please contact the support team for this. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, though bonus completion conditions will still apply.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the 888db platform are governed by the rules of the applicable game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless the bet was incorrectly recorded due to a technical error.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted due to a network disruption, server issue, or any other technical fault, 888db may cancel the affected round or bet and return the original stake. This decision is at 888db's sole discretion.

7.3 Fair Play Policy

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. These terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
